About me

Valerie came in on the 27th of November due to a change in circumstances.

She was a very shy girl on arrival, was quite badly matted and also had cherry eye in both eyes. This has now been operated on and she has had a full groom. Valerie is now a much happier girl who enjoys fuss and attention and spending time with you. She is an active girl who enjoys her walks and likes to play with her toys

Valerie would benefit from further socialisation with other dogs as she can be quite worried and vocal when she sees them. She has walked well with other dogs at the shelter after calm introductions. She would not be suitable to live with cats or small animals.

Valerie is looking for a calm home environment with access to a secure garden. She will need regular brushing to keep her coat in good condition and will also need visits to the groomers every few months. She would prefer an adult only household but could possibly live with children 12 years or older if introductions go well at the shelter.
