If you have any concerns about animal welfare or need to report an emergency please contact the main RSPCA:

Our shelter is currently open by appointment only, however our phonelines are manned every day (except Mondays) from 10.30am till 4.00pm. If you reach our voicemail during normal operating hours, we are extremely busy and ask for your patience. Try ringing us back or sending an email.
We are located at the end of Braypool Lane, Patcham (see map).

Our phone number is not for emergencies – we are a re-homing centre only. (For an emergency call our Cruelty Helpline: 0300 1234 999)

Please note that emails are not looked at on a daily basis, for any urgent queries please phone us. Do not email for emergency help or for the RSPCA’s Cruelty Line.
