About me

Jess was surrendered to us back in June, he came from a multi-cat household. He is used to living with a large number of cats, meaning he hasn’t had as much one to one experience with humans. Initially Jess was quite shut down during his settling period with us, but he has now been progressing in leaps and bounds. Although he still isn’t sure about being fussed, he does accept some strokes during his braver moments. He enjoys his play sessions and will come out and play with us, especially if we have some treats handy for him!

Unlike most adult cats we get in, Jess prefers to have some feline company around. He has shown a lot of interest in the neighbouring cats during his time with us, and this has even helped bring out his confident side, so it may be that Jess is suited to living with another cat. He will need a calm, quiet home, in a one or two person household. Ideally he would have a private room initially, which he can have as his own space to help settle in. He also will need a garden he can access once he is ready to go outside. We will not be able to consider applications with children or dogs.
