About me

Annabelle came to us in April via an inspector, she was found abandoned. She arrived to our shelter on 06/04/2024. She has been wormed, vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. As you can see from the photos, she is a long-haired rabbit who will require daily grooming and regular hair cuts, especially around her eyes, to keep it under control. When she first came to us, we found that her mane was so long it was irritating her eyes, so much so that she required treatment for it. Therefore it is important it is kept short!

Annabelle is a soft-natured, quiet rabbit, who would benefit from living indoors. Due to her coat being so fine, it would quickly get matted when faced with mud and rain. However, she would be fine to go outside on sunny, dry days. She is very tolerant being groomed and behaves very well during the process. She loves her toys and loves to throw them around! She is fussy with food and we are still trying to figure out what her preference is. In her next home, Annabelle would like a calm, older gentleman to keep her company.
