About me
Mister is a returning cat to our shelter, recently surrendered due to no fault of his own. Initially he came to us a while back due to his owner passing away. He is a friendly chap who enjoys some fuss and strokes, and will happily clamber on your lap to say hello. Equally he is an older gentleman who likes his own space when he’s had enough strokes, just like many other cats. Mister will need an owner who is happy to give him all the attention he wants, but will also be able to recognise when he wants some alone time again. Overall he is a very sweet, playful cat who is nearly always eager to give you a warm welcome in the cattery.
In his next home, Mister will a garden he can potter around in, ideally one with a cat flap. We think he would be okay living with cat-experienced children aged 14+, as long as they have happy to give him space as needed. He will need to be the only cat in the home, and could not live with a dog.
Mister is on daily medication for IBD (irritable bowel disorder). Thankfully his symptoms are well managed with the medication and he is able to live a comfortable life. His medication is supported by the shelter, so please enquire for further information.
