Our phone number is not for emergencies – we are a re-homing centre. (For an emergency call our Cruelty Helpline: 0300 1234 999)

Please write to us, phone or email us and tell us what you think about our services, our website or anything else. We’ll be happy to answer any questions.

Please note that emails are not looked at on a daily basis, for any urgent queries please phone us. The emails are answered by the kennel staff and our computer is not based in the office so if you have any boarding enquiries or need to re-home your animals you will need to phone and speak to the office staff on the telephone number below.
