About me

Jethro, Merlin, Smudge and Biscuit are a group of one father and three sons who were returned to the shelter after their owners circumstances sadly changed. The four of them were originally adopted from us a few years ago. Jethro is the father, he is the tan and white crossbreed. He is similar to Merlin, the other crossbreed who is tri-colour. Smudge and Biscuit are the lionheads; they are easily told apart as Smudge has a white smudge on his nose! They all arrived to us on 05/10/2024. They are neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and de-wormed.

On a whole, this group of bunnies are a lovely, sweet-natured bunch each with their own personality. As they have always known each other, they get on extremely well and never seem to have any disagreements. Smudge is the most confident of the bunch, if you are taking pictures he is sure to jump in and make sure he gets in the shot! Biscuit is similar in temperament, and you will generally find him mooching around at food time. Both boys are on their best behaviour when their mane’s need to be groomed. Being a bit older than the others, Jethro is quieter and prefers his own company. Merlin on the other hand is very curious and will always be the bunny at the front of the pen when treats are given out.

In their next home, the boys will need a large spacious set-up that can accommodate four rabbits, filled with enrichment to keep them entertained. They get on very well so it is important that they are kept together.
