About me

The lovely Hazel came to us a couple of months ago now via an inspector. She was one of few cats we took in from a multi cat household.
Since getting to know her, we’ve found she is a bit of a shy but very sweet, gentle girl who loves a good old fuss when she knows you.
The cattery environment has been particularly stressful for her, so it has taken time for her to settle. But her confidence has grown somewhat as she now likes to greet us at the door at dinner time and will enjoy some strokes while eating.
But at the moment, Hazel feels most at home and safe in her castle with her favourite toys.
We feel, once in a nice calm, quiet, and patient home, where she has the space to be herself, she’ll blossom, and her personality and confidence will continue to grow.

(Coming from a multi cat household, we believe potentially that Hazel may be a flu carrier, which will mean her eyes are occasionally weepy and will need a gentle wipe. Because of this, she will need to be the only cat. Cats who carry this lead perfectly normal lives, please ask if you need more information)

Hazel knows how to use a catflap and would like a garden to mooch around when ready.
