About me
We have recently taken in 37 small animals from a home that had 107 rabbits and guinea pigs. We took in 21 rabbits and 16 guinea pigs. None of the animals were neutered or vaccinated and they all had mites.
This is Adonis and Hera. Adonis is the dark harlequin and Hera is the black and white rex. They have now been microchipped, wormed, neutered, and vaccinated. These young boys have been put with two dwarfs but will be homed as two rex boys and two dwarf boys. They all act like typically teenage boys. Eat everything, have tantrums, dirty and playful! Neutering will help with the litter training but this will still take time. They would need to be housed indoors for this winter as it’s their first winter but could be housed outdoors after this in appropriate outdoor accommodation such as a shed or a garage. They can also be housed as indoor rabbits.
