Sam came in on the 16th of June via an Inspector from a multi-dog household. He had not come from an ideal situation and upon arrival was extremely skinny, covered in his own faeces and in need of a good bath and groom.
He is now doing so well, has gained weight and is a happy, friendly, lively boy. Sam has not had any training and will not be housetrained so his new owner will need to be aware of this and have the time and experience to teach him about the world.
He is a clever boy who has been keeping the staff on their toes since his arrival with his ability to knock over and play with any water bowl (no matter how heavy) resulting in a very wet kennel! We have now outwitted him but be prepared for a slippery kitchen floor if you want to adopt Sam!
He is friendly with other dogs and needs to go to a new home where there is already an established resident dog who is looking for a companion.
