What you need to know
Can live with:
Morris is a sociable boy who may be able to live with another dog with similar exercise requirements.
Morris came in on the 6th of January via another rescue. He was an unclaimed stray.
Morris is not the most athletic of dogs and due to bad breeding arrived with quite a few health issues! He could barely breath and could hardly walk any distance before he wanted to sit down. Morris has now had BOAS surgery to widen his nostrils and open up his airways and is already feeling so much better! He does still have a little arthritis in his joints and a luxating patella on one side but this is being managed with joint supplements and he is now enjoying his walks.
Morris is a very friendly, affectionate boy who loves time spent with him and enjoys hanging out in our reception during the day. He will be looking for a quiet home environment with someone who does not want to walk for hours and is happy to have slow potters. Having said that Morris is a playful boy who can be a little cheeky when he’s excited!
As Morris was a stray and we have no history on him he will need a home without young children. He will need his own garden.
