Dizzy was originally a stray who came to us in March 2021. Due to a change in circumstances she has recently been returned to us and is looking for a new home.
Dizzy is a very active girl who loves to play with toys. She knows sit on command, is very clean in the house and enjoys her walks. She is a very busy little dog and could walk all day! Dizzy has quite an independent character but will sit with you on the sofa and enjoys little cuddles and belly rubs.
She is ok with some other dogs she can just sometimes bark at new dogs if they are a bit too much for her. She will need to be the only dog in the home as she can be quite possessive over toys. Dizzy has a very strong chase instinct and cannot live with any small furry animals or cats. She will have to always stay on a lead on walks as she has no recall and would get lost chasing after wildlife!
Dizzy is great with visitors although can be a little timid at first. She is scared of young children but has never growled and is quite happy to spend time in her crate if there are young visitors around.
Dizzy is looking for an experienced terrier home with someone who enjoys walking. Her previous owners feel she would also be suitable to live in a large flat as long as she is taken out regularly and provided with lots of mental stimulation.
