Dave came in on the 3rd of November last year via an Inspector. He was living in an unsuitable home with multiple other dogs and was extremely undernourished on arrival. He is now ready to find a new home.
Dave is a lovely, older boy who wants a quiet life. He likes a nice slow stroll and although he has been known to break into a run it doesn’t last long! He would like a garden where he can spend all day sniffing. Dave is affectionate, enjoys a fuss and is housetrained. He likes his food but it has to be soft as his teeth are quite worn down.
Dave is good with other dogs but prefers to be left alone and will ignore most of them. He needs a home without cats or small animals.
Dave would be a good companion for someone who understands he is an older boy and likes to take things at his own pace. He does have some arthritis in his lumbar spine which he is on supplements and pain relief for (the cost of this will be covered by the shelter). He needs a home without children.
