Shy Roxy and her friend, Rufus, came to us because their owner was moving and sadly couldn’t take them along. They have only known one home and are finding being in a cattery particularly stressful. We would like them to find new homes soon, so they can return to being happy cats.
We’ve split them as they were finding being in one pen together a bit too close for comfort. If someone was interested in homing them together, and their home was large enough for two cats, we’d be happy to see them go as a pair.
Roxy is a sweet and beautiful tortie/calico girl who comes to us for affection. She is slowly coming out of her shell. Roxy enjoys a nice stroke and fuss. She is a bit more confident than Rufus.
They are each looking for a calm home where they can be the only cats. Roxy could possibly live with older teenage children, but would prefer an adult home. They were mostly indoor cats in their previous home, but would like access to a bit of outdoor space in a quiet place. Experienced cat owners, who have the time and patience to help her settle in and gain confidence, are best for Roxy.
Roxy is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date with flea and worming treatment.
