Please say hello to Jeff & Hagar & Fanta & Jack & Helga & Hamlet. They are among a group of cats that came to us via the Inspectors from an unsuitable home. Jeff and his friends were living in a multi-cat household. They are not feral, but are not very used to handling and cuddles. When they first arrived they were very shy and nervous. To keep them less stressed we are taking it slow, and haven’t moved them into the main cattery. We are letting them come out of their shells behind the scenes and they are all making progress! Hagar and Hamlet (not pictured) are still getting used to us. Jeff is learning to enjoy a stroke and chin rub. Fanta will even say hello now! We would love for them to all find patient, experienced homes when they are ready. They will need calm homes with adults only (or older children who are used to cats) and access to a garden. They are being spayed/neutered and microchipped – and are now up-to-date on vaccinations, and flea & worm treatments.
If you have COMPLETED A HOME VISIT and think you may have the right home for one of these special cats, please speak to a member of staff about meeting them.
