Jack came to us for rehoming because his owner was unable to cope. He came to us with a blocked bladder and needed to be operated on ASAP! He is on treatment which is helping loads, and luckily he is taking his medicine in his food. The vet has recommended him being placed into a foster home rather than staying at the shelter, as this will reduce the level of stress for him and hopefully being more relaxed will limit the chances of this problem returning. He will need a calm home without children or other animals. He would enjoy a garden, but will need to stay in until he is settled and used to his foster home. We will be fully supporting his treatment etc. If you feel you could offer Jack a foster home, or perhaps even a permanent home, please contact us for more info.
