Hunter came in on the 7th of June as he was too much for his previous owner. He is a very active boy who was not receiving the amount of exercise and mental stimulation that he needed and was becoming frustrated.
Hunter is a very friendly, affectionate boy who is always on the go! He knows sit and his name on command but will need ongoing training. Hunter was housetrained in his previous home but would chew stuff (probably through boredom) so will need a new home where he is not left on his own for too long. He loves toys and will happily play fetch with a ball for as long as you want.
Hunter is very good with other dogs but will need a home without cats or small animals. He can be quite strong on the lead and is very vocal with excitement to begin with when taken for a walk.
He is looking for a very active family who will provide him with plenty of mental stimulation. Hunter needs an experienced home and could live with teenage children who are used to boisterous dogs.
