Bo came in on the 18th of March via an Inspector as she was no longer wanted.
She is a friendly, affectionate girl once she knows you but can be a little shy at first, especially with men. Bo knows sit, down, stay, come, paw, leave and her name on command, enjoys being groomed and likes playing with toys, especially soft, squeaky ones.
She is sociable with most other dogs but will defend herself if other dogs are unfriendly towards her first. Bo needs a home without cats or small animals.
She is a large, very strong girl who weighs around 40 kg and can be quite powerful on the lead (especially when she sees a squirrel!). She is looking for an experienced owner who has had large breeds before and is prepared to put time into her training and socialisation. Bo needs a home without children.
*During lockdown and social distancing measures whilst the shelter is closed to the public, we are asking people to fill out a Perfect Match form (which can be found on the main RSPCA website) and emailing it to us at email@example.com if they are interested in adopting from us. We will be in touch if we feel you may be a good fit. We hope to begin rehoming again soon, under guidelines from headquarters and DEFRA. We will resume rehoming slowly – prioritising local potential adopters, and bringing pets to your home to complete an adoption whilst we remain closed. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this unique experience.
